There are many experiences and situations that reinforce the need for protection. Some examples are bullying, domestic violence, abuse and others. You are often left alone and helpless. This cannot and should not be a permanent state.

The psychological strengthening helps you to consistently stand up for your interests, deal with fears and, if necessary, set yourself apart. Psychological interventions and self-defense training make you more self-confident and free in everyday life.
