Rolf Buchholz
Rolf has worked for many years as a manager in industrial and consulting companies. Before founding “new liberation”, he founded and managed a management consultancy in Hamburg for over 20 years. Today, he uses his experience to support people and organizations in realizing their ideas and achieving their goals. He is supported by a network of experts.
Bio
After studying business administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt), Rolf gained his first experience as a strategic planner in international network agencies. He was then responsible for marketing and change programs in Europe at a listed technology group in Silicon Valley. This was followed by management studies in England (MBA) and a position as a member of the management board of a European management consultancy. Before founding and building up a management consultancy in 2004, he was Vice President of a software group with global responsibility for marketing and business development. Over the years, he acquired various additional qualifications, including as a change manager and coach.
Personal
Rolf is married and has a son. He has been practicing various martial arts since the age of 16. He lives with his family in Wedel near Hamburg.
